Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub

This recipe only needs 4 ingredients. In fact, there’s a good chance you already have most of them in your kitchen already.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • 2 tsp. of pumpkin pie spice (you can buy it at the store or make your own)
  • 2 tsp. of vanilla extract

Mix them together and you’re done! Get ready for a heavenly shower.

Pumpkin Honey Facial Mask

Make a simple homemade facial mask this weekend. You can achieve brighter skin in less than 30 minutes — perfect for date night or staying in with the girls.

What You Need:

  • 2 tbsp. of pumpkin purée
  • ½ tsp. of honey
  • ½ tsp. of milk

Blend the ingredients together and apply it to your face. You can use a makeup brush, but your fingers work just as well (and less clean up afterwards). Let it set for 20 minutes before rinsing it off.

Pumpkin Salt Foot Scrub

Chilly weather can be brutal on your feet. Even if you’re lucky to live in sunshine year-round, you can always treat your toes to a smoothing scrub session.

What You Need:

  • ½ cup of pumpkin purée
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil
  • Salt

According to this recipe, you mix the pumpkin purée and olive oil together in a bowl. Then slowly add in salt until you have a loose paste. Massage the salt scrub into your feet and rinse it off with water. Instant baby soft feet.

Pumpkin Lip Scrub

Get the perfect pout with a quick 10-minute lip scrub. Try this recipe to heal dry lips and help you apply that signature lipstick more evenly.

What You Need:

  • 2 tbsp. of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 tsp. of pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp. of brown sugar

Combine all 4 ingredients together into a small bowl. Apply a tiny amount to your lips, and rub for 10 seconds. Wipe off the lip scrub (or lick your lips…this recipe is edible!) to reveal your super soft pout.

Pumpkin Hair Mask

Want soft and silky hair? Pumpkin’s incredible benefits don’t just work for your skin. You can also use it to revive dry hair with this DIY pumpkin hair mask.

What You Need:

  • ½ cup of pumpkin purée
  • ¼ cup of plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. of honey

Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and fully blend. Apply the mask throughout all of your hair —including the roots. Leave the hair mask on for 30 minutes, and then rinse well. You’ll have beautiful hair! Plus, it smells amazing.
