2016 came and went. Halloween is behind us, which means Christmas is right around the corner, which means the New Year basically starts tomorrow. Twelve months passed by you and maybe you still haven’t done many of the resolutions you had at January. Do not fret. You still have plenty of time to accomplish some of them:

It doesn’t have to be a life-changing journey to Europe or Asia, but you can still calm down your wanderlust by taking a trip to the nearest beach, national park, or big city. Take a weekend off or make the best out of the holidays that are coming up to visit somewhere new, which is really the whole point.

2. CREATE SOMETHING
It doesn’t have to be a novel that will take you months, or an artistic masterpiece that will change history. But you can get that satisfaction of doing something that is completely yours with just a few lines, or a sketch, or a few photographs around town. Get creative.
3. EAT HEALTHIER
Maybe you won’t lose all that weight you swore yourself you would (hey, there’s still 2017!), but you can definitely start changing your eating habits. Yes, we know holiday food is approaching and that’s a lot of temptations, but those are only a couple of days and you could really make a goal to eat better in between.
4. DO SOMETHING ADVENTUROUS
Skydive. Ask your crush out. Watch a movie without reading the synopsis. Whether it’s a big act, or a smaller one, be adventurous and take a risk. It literally only takes one second to decide, and there are plenty of seconds between now and January.
5. SPEND MORE TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES
The holidays are a perfect excuse to spend a few extra days at home, call you parents instead of binging a show, or finally get that coffee date with the friend you haven’t seen in forever. If this was a busy year for you, there is still plenty of opportunities to make up for lost time.
6. FIND LOVE
Have you ever seen a rom-com? You may be knee-deep in the dating pool with nothing certain around you, or you may not be looking for anything at the moment, but all it takes is one moment, one unexpected instant, to find that special someone.
