Set yourself up for success in the morning 
Packing lunch, laying out your clothes, and getting your bag ready will save you valuable minutes in the morning. Have a more relaxing breakfast or cash in those minutes for a few smacks of the snooze button!


Follow your skincare regimen
Studies have shown that sleeping with your makeup on is no bueno for your skin. Developing (and sticking to) a routine that works for you will keep your skin in the best condition possible! You’ll wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and hydrated.


Set the scene
Invest in fluffy pillows, put on your bedtime playlist, and spritz lavender on your bed. Having your room a comfortable temperature will help you drift off more quickly; scientists estimate that the best room temperature for sleep is between 60 and 67 degrees Fahrenheit.
