Katy Perry and Taylor Swift‘s feud will probably go down as one of the most epic in celebrity feud history. After all, Taylor’s “Bad Blood” song (and video) have long been alleged to be about Katy and now, Katy’s new track, “Swish Swish,” is rumored to be a direct response to the ~whole thing~.
For years, Katy stayed relatively tight-lipped about the feud, only referring to it vaguely in interviews and tweets. But now, as she’s on the interview circuit to promote her upcoming album, Witness, Katy has been addressing the drama head-on—and she’s ready for it to be over.

During a recent appearance on James Corden’s popular Carpool Karaoke segment, she spilled all the details of her side of the story (including the truth behind those backup-dancing-stealing rumors):
And now, in an interview with SiriusXM, she’s gone into even more detail about how she really feels about the feud, according to Teen Vogue.
“I am ready because I think when women unite, the world is going to heal,” she said. “I don’t have any beef really with anyone. I love everyone, and honestly I love everyone and I think we need to unite more than ever. I think we see that today especially — like, we need to come together and love on each other today.”
Well, there you have it. Katy is ready to bury this feud and move on. We hope that these two superstars can reconcile and mend their friendship because TBH, the friendship anthems that could come out of that would give us life.
